Jeroen, originally a geologist, settled in the Cote d'Azur in 2000 and has been working in real estate since 2003.
He knows all the ins and outs of the different markets from Menton to Hyeres, has a large network and has a large number of off-market properties in his portfolio.
He listens to his clients and tries to find exactly what they are looking for, helping them with advice and assistance even after a purchase or sale.
Jeroen is also a sworn Expert Immobilier, and through his affiliation with C.N.E. (Centre Nationale des Experts Immobiliers) can carry out expert assessments of apartments, villas and land in case of divorce, death, sale from SCI etc.
He knows the Var and Alpes Maritimes like the back of his hand, and can give you extensive information on the different regions, as well as on all aspects of buying or selling, such as tax matters, building (im)possibilities, contacts with notaires and the local town hall, organising staff, renovation works and even organising a mortgage.
He speaks several languages: Dutch, English, French and German
